GRADE: Band C/D SCP 5 – 17 £23,320 - £28,397 per annum
HOURS: 37 Hours per week, Term Time + 2 weeks
We are looking for a dynamic, resilient and committed individual to join Student Support Services as a non-teaching behaviour mentor. The behaviour mentor team are central to setting a positive climate for learning throughout the academy by supporting all students to meet the academy’s high expectations of behaviour. This is a fast-paced, exciting opportunity for the right candidate.
While we are ideally looking for a candidate with demonstrable experience in pastoral care within a school, we are open to applications from outstanding candidates with a strong grounding in supporting children and families outside of the education sector – for all prospective candidates, a passion for supporting young people, tenacity and a commitment to inclusive practice will be vital for success.
Our academy is in an exciting phase of transition and there has been immense progress in developing a strong culture of safeguarding and high-quality pastoral care - this is a tremendous opportunity for an exceptional candidate to join our Student Support Services team and help further improve outcomes for all our young people, irrespective of the challenges they face.
