SALARY: Band F–G SCP £37,280 – £48,227 per annum pro rata (£34,412 – £44,517 per annum)
HOURS: 37 hours per week, Term Time + 2 weeks

At Shireland CBSO Academy, we are seeking an ambitious, resilient and highly effective Behaviour Manager to lead our pastoral provision and drive a culture of high expectations, inclusion and positive relationships across the academy.
This is a key leadership role within our pastoral structure. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational leadership of behaviour systems, ensuring consistency, clarity and impact across all year groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and line management of the pastoral team
- Lead behaviour systems and ensure consistency across the school
- Analyse behaviour data and inform interventions
- Support attendance, safeguarding and SEND processes
- Build strong relationships with families and external agencies
Candidates should be able to demonstrate:
- Experience working with secondary-aged students
- Strong behaviour management knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyse data and lead interventions
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure
- A commitment to inclusion and student success
